Does BrunoMensWear® ship throughout Mexico?

makes express deliveries to all the states of the Mexican Republic, however, there are some zip codes where it usually takes a little longer due to low delivery concurrence, but don’t worry! In case your delivery suffers from this situation, we will contact you.

Customs, duties and taxes on international shipments?

Your purchase will be totaled in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos depending on the currency selected, including shipping and handling.

Please note; BrunoMensWear® is in no way responsible for any additional import charges, taxes, duties or customs fees incurred on shipment when the package arrives in your country.

These rates vary from country to country, consult the tax and customs authorities in your country of origin for more information.

CUSTOMS, FEES AND TAXES.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

All orders are shipped from Mexico. When ordering from BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX, the recipient is the importer of record and must be in compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders being shipped to countries outside of Mexico may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and tariffs levied by the destination country. The recipient of the international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and levied tariffs which are tabulated once the shipment has arrived in the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient; BrunoMensWear® has no control over these charges and has no way of predicting what they will be.

Customs policies vary wildly from country to country, you will need to contact the customs office for more information. When some customs clearance procedures are required it is possible that these may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Delivery times for international shipments?

When you order from BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX outside of Mexico and they arrive in the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Can I choose the courier company that will deliver my product?

Yes. It is possible to choose which courier will deliver to your home, since we have strategic partners in the courier services of the following companies: Estafeta, J&T Express and Correos de México.

What parcel carriers does BrunoMensWear® use to ship orders?

To deliver the products right to the address you indicate, under the best conditions and in the shortest time possible, at

we have strategic partners in the parcel service to companies: Estafeta, J&T Express and Correos de Mexico.

Remember that for the moment it is not possible to choose which parcel carrier will deliver to your address, as it is automatically assigned depending on the characteristics of the product (dimensions and weight) and the geographic area where the order will be delivered.

Can I choose a date and time for the delivery of my product?

Yes. Regarding the delivery date, you can choose, unfortunately. we cannot schedule any time to deliver your products, since the parcel service has specific routes to follow according to the geographic area.

However, when your product is shipped, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be determined at checkout and depends on the number of items purchased, as well as the shipping method selected. You are able to choose from several shipping options and rest assured that BrunoMensWear® will always do its best to offer the most economical rates available. Please note that additional customs costs and duties incurred are your responsibility and may vary outside of Mexico.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

After your order is placed we usually require 1 to 7 business days for processing. Special orders may take up to 10 days to ship. We do not ship or deliver packages on Mexican holidays or Sundays. Weekend (Sunday) orders, including Saturday afternoon and evening will begin processing on Monday.

How can I check the status of my order?

Immediately after you have confirmed and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second message with package tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped. If you need to contact us please do so by emailing ventas@brunomenswear.com.mx. Please be sure to include your full name and order number in the message.

Changes of address and/or zip code?

If for any reason you need to change your address or zip code and your package is already in transit, this change will have an additional cost, remembering that the delivery of the package will take longer than the stipulated time.

If your package is still being processed, please contact our Customer Service team to make the corresponding exchange.

I have placed an order, how can I change or cancel it?

As part of our sales policies, we process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to modify or cancel them. Please email us at ventas@brunomenswear.com.mx immediately including your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you to the best of our ability.

you can use international cards. Based on our experience, we suggest you to use your PayPal account in case your card is international. This is because international card issuing banks tend to reject several foreign e-commerce transactions.

A transaction through PayPal is more easily accepted.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full 7-day refund from the time your order arrives if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that in accordance with MEXICO SANITARY STANDARDS, we are not permitted to accept returns or exchanges on any swimsuit or undergarment.

In addition to any custom-made items and/or special order(s) in any material from which they are made and items from

items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded in any way.

The item I want is out of stock, how long will it take for more to arrive?

While we strive to fill all orders completely, some items may be temporarily out of stock or out of season so more will be filled within 8 business days. For discontinued items, we will let you know immediately. If you have a question in a particular style please direct your email to ventas@brunomenswear.com.mx with your question.

Can I save items in my shopping cart and purchase them later?

All items are sold on a first-serve basis. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart may not be available later. The only way to reserve these items is to complete your order as soon as possible.

Can I pick up my order somewhere?

“OCURRE”, which consists of going to the courier company’s office, which you will have to select (at your convenience) and go personally to pick up your package.

Does BrunoMensWear® have printed catalogs?

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

For users who have forgotten their password, here are the following options:

  1. Open the application and click on Account -> Forgot my password? Enter the email address associated with your account.
  2. An email will be sent to your inbox – be sure to check your spam folder and the “Promotions” and ‘social’ tabs, if you use Gmail.
  3. Click (or left-click, then copy and paste into your browser’s address bar) on the link in the email. When you have done so, please follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you accidentally select the link instead of pasting it into your browser, please resend another one, the link only works once.

Remember that the password is case sensitive, so if you use uppercase letters, you must use uppercase letters when logging in on future occasions. Also, remember, do not give out any personal information, such as your password.
