Should any personal information needed to fulfill your order change after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information being provided, you may be subject to a return shipping fee.
BrunoMensWear® reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our secure database for marketing purposes. The order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged. BrunoMensWear® is required by Mexican tax laws to charge VAT tax (16%) on all its commercial transactions.
Products on our website www.brunomenswear.com.mx may, on rare occasions, suffer from “mispricing”. If the correct price of an item is lower than the stated price, we will refund the difference and ship the item to you. If the correct price of an item is higher than the price indicated, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for additional payment before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
RETURNS.
This return policy applies to purchases made solely and exclusively FROM BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX and WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE for such purposes in all those stores/boutiques where BrunoMensWear® items may be known to be sold.®.
For purchases FROM BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX we offer a 7 calendar day money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it including all original tags and packing materials. All labels and product SKU’s are required for a full refund.
To receive a full refund (less shipping charges) all items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery date. All merchandise marketed under any type of promotion and/or discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items must contain their original packing materials. Please note in exception to MEXICAN SANITARY STANDARDS; All swimsuits and underwear cannot be returned. In addition to any custom made and/or special order(s) in whatever material it was made and BrunoMensWear® items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that we can only accept “RETURNS” for orders placed directly through www.brunomenswear.com.mx. Returns must be delivered to our BrunoMensWear® Headquarters located in Cordoba City, Veracruz; Mexico C.P. 94650.
Your original order ID number is required on all “RETURNS”. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for reimbursement. All “RETURNS” must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and therefore may be shipped via the customer’s choice of carrier/courier. BrunoMensWear® is not responsible for any damages resulting from “RETURNS” by the customer. When contacting our Customer Service Team, please provide us with the order number or buyer information so that we can easily locate the account in our system.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your “RETURN” to be processed and documented in our system. Once the “REFUND” is processed, it may take a number of days for the resulting amount to be transferred to your financial institution.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color please complete the “RETURN” form and indicate that you wish to make an “EXCHANGE”.
Exchanges must be delivered to BrunoMensWear® Headquarters located in Cordoba City, Veracruz, Mexico.
EXCHANGES” of items ordered on www.brunomenswear.com.mx will not be accepted in boutiques where BrunoMensWear® items may be known to be sold. Upon receipt we will issue a credit for the price of the item(s) only in the form of an online gift certificate that can be used to order new item(s). You are responsible for shipping charges on all “EXCHANGES” unless you received a defective item or if we sent you the wrong item. All other return rules and restrictions mentioned above apply.
SECURITY PASSWORD
As an additional element of our security efforts, BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX requires you to create and use a customer login and password. This information is required to register in our online store. We strongly recommend that users select a password that is difficult to guess (in other words, do not use your name, date of birth or other phrases). We suggest that you keep this information private and not make it accessible to others. If you share an office or workspace, do not leave your password available in a document or other public area.
If you happen to forget your password, please visit our ‘Frequently Asked Questions‘(Faq’s) section and follow the instructions. Our customer service area will make sure that you receive a note to the email address you used when you registered. BrunoMensWear® is proud to offer international shipping options.
Your purchase will be totaled in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos depending on the currency selected, including shipping and handling.
Please note; BrunoMensWear® is in no way responsible for any additional import charges, taxes, duties or customs fees incurred on shipment when the package arrives in your country.
These rates vary from country to country, consult the tax and customs authorities in your country of origin for more information.
CUSTOMS, FEES AND TAXES.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
All orders are shipped from Mexico. When ordering from BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX, the recipient is the importer of record and must be in compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders being shipped to countries outside of Mexico may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and tariffs levied by the destination country. The recipient of the international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and levied tariffs which are tabulated once the shipment has arrived in the destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient; BrunoMensWear® has no control over these charges and has no way of predicting what they will be.
Customs policies vary wildly from country to country, you will need to contact the customs office for more information. When some customs clearance procedures are required it is possible that these may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
DELIVERY TIMES BY COUNTRY.
When you order from BRUNOMENSWEAR.COM.MX outside of Mexico and they arrive in the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
REFUND POLICY.
All “REFUNDS” will be issued in the amount of only the cost of the product. Shipping costs or any additional charges for the same item are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you decide to return your order for an “EXCHANGE”, you will be informed of the new shipping costs which will be applied to your second order as the case may be.
DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT article.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 7 days of delivery if a “DEFECTIVE” or “WRONG” item has been received. If the customer contacts us after the 7 day period regarding a “DEFECTIVE” or “INCORRECT” item received, the customer will not be eligible for a free replacement.
Counterfeit BrunoMensWear merchandise.
Lately we have learned of counterfeit BrunoMensWear® products making their way into the market.
While imitation is the sincerest form of admiration, the only way to guarantee that you are buying a genuine BrunoMensWear® is through purchase on our website, www.brunomenswear.com.mx or with one of our Independent Authorized Distributors or with one of our authorized retail partners (boutique stores).

DELIVERIES” can be sent from various locations. While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to give us the grace of a maximum of 7 business days for delivery; however, we strive to deliver the order in a faster period of time. If after 8 business days, you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team at contacto@brunomenswear.com.mx.
BrunoMensWear® reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary, although we will try to honor the method chosen.

A shipping and handling fee applies to all orders. The cost of shipping and handling is a non-negotiable flat rate that covers the cost of shipping as well as handling and packaging costs. Please note that if you choose a rush shipping method for your order, your order still has to process through fulfillment. Express service starts the moment your package is shipped. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from BrunoMensWear®, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.
